Voice of Customer Program
At Cassidian Communications, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. To ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations, we utilize a Voice of Customer (VOC) Program, which consists of
three components:
- Post installation surveys, which are conducted at various intervals to gather feedback on our product, installation, training and service
- Product specific surveys of installed systems designed to help us improve our solutions and services
- VOC cross-functional committee meets every two weeks and addresses any outstanding issues identified during the surveys
