Introducing Sentinel® Patriot® 3.0 Service Pack 6
IP solution for flexible, remote call handling and maximum redundancy

The Sentinel® Patriot® call processing solution is a robust, standards-based solution designed for progressive call centers with advanced NG9-1-1 demands. Designed around a distributed IP (Internet Protocol) architecture, it features a fully integrated IP-PBX with redundant servers and no single point of failure supporting a full suite of computer telephony features including built-in ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) and ANI / ALI (Automatic Number / Location Identification).

The IP-based Sentinel Patriot solution delivers geo-diverse 9-1-1 call processing capabilities to emergency call center operations with up to 100 call-taking positions and 150 trunks.

As a true IP solution, the Sentinel Patriot solution allows critical infrastructure to reside in multiple locations, giving call takers full mobility to remotely provide assistance, access data sources, and connect with supporting agencies. The Sentinel Patriot solution delivers true geo-diversity of components and personnel, ensuring fault-tolerant operations, which may be further augmented with fully featured remote laptop positions and the Sentinel® CommandPostmobile call processing solution, enabling backup and overflow call processing from any location against virtually any eventuality.

The Sentinel Patriot call processing solution integrates easily with third-party radio and PBX systems, and other PlantCML applications such as mapping, Computer-Aided Dispatch and selective routing for a completely customized solution trusted by hundreds of public safety agencies across North America.
