States & U.S. Territories Receive $40M in Federal Grants to Improve 9-1-1 Services

Over 31 states and U.S. Territories are now eligible to receive grant money designated to improve 9-1-1 services by the U.S. Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the U.S. Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). More than $40 million in grants is now available and we would like to assist you in obtaining this grant money for your agency.   • Review of VESTA's GUI interface
  • Review of Line status/Line Organizer window, Call Control, Auto Dial Window, etc

  • Placing, conferencing and transferring phone calls
  • Using the TTY Window
  • Using the instant recall recorder to review previous calls

  • Using the Instant Recall Recorder (IRR) recording application


How To Order
