This ten day course will provide the student with the knowledge they will need to understand the features and industry-leading ECS-1000 and RescueSTAR products. PlantCML wants the student to get the most out of their 9-1-1 investment. Taught by PlantCML professionals who know the system inside-out, our courses are specially designed to meet their informational needs. Small class sizes ensure all students
have an opportunity to ask questions, complete hands-on exercises and participate in group discussions.
What Students will learn:
• System components
• System features
• Installing and cabling of the ECS-1000/RescueSTAR
• Interfacing with PSTN services
• Installing and cabling of the Workstations
• Interfacing with the Sentinel answering position workstations
• Operation of the Sentinel call taker workstation
• Interfacing and configuring the system using the SMART interface
• Programming and maintaining the system using the SMART and CLI interfaces
Who Should Attend
This 10 day course is designed for people who are involved (including site
managers and supervisors) or interested in the installation and maintenance of
either the ECS-1000 or RescueSTAR system.
Certification
Each student who successfully completes the 10 day I&M training course, and
passes the end of course written assessment will be certified to install and maintain
the ECS-1000 and RescueSTAR products.

Training is available on a regular basis throughout the year at our Chicago training facility located at 10330 Roosevelt Road, Suite 306, Westchester, IL 60154.

Located just west of Mannheim Road South (route 12/45) at Roosevelt Rd.
From Mannheim Rd., enter through International House of Pancakes parking area or parking lot of office buildings. All the parking lots are connected. Proceed around to the back to the single three-story Cassidian Communications office building on the right side. Allow 15-20 minute drive from Embassy Suites hotel to the training Center. Free parking is available.
