This intensive class provides technicians with training on the latest state-of-the-art 9-1-1 call center solution. It covers the integration of VESTA with the Pallas switch and additional hardware and software.
What you will learn:
- Learn to use VESTA Pallas software Graphic User Interface
- Configure VESTA Pallas software as an Administrator
- Install and Configure VESTA Pallas Software on a Server to work and interface with the new Pallas PBX
- Install and configure VESTA Pallas Software on workstations
- Trouble shoot VESTA Pallas Server, workstations and network
- Install, configure and program the new MTU-Multi line trunk unit
- Trouble shoot and replace MTU Power Supply, CPU and CAMA cards
- Configure and trouble shoot options like ALI Page, Fax, etc.
- Perform Backup and Restore functions

Small class sizes ensure you have an opportunity to ask questions and participate in group discussions.
Training is available on a regular basis throughout the year at our Chicago training facility located at 10330 Roosevelt Road, Suite 306, Westchester, IL 60154.
Directions to Cassidian Communications Training Center:
Located just west of Mannheim Road South (route 12/45) at Roosevelt Rd.
From Mannheim Rd., enter through International House of Pancakes parking area or parking lot of office buildings. All the parking lots are connected. Proceed around to the back to the single three-story Cassidian Communications office building on the right side. Allow 15-20 minute drive from Embassy Suites hotel to the training Center. Free parking is available.
