with advanced NG9-1-1 demands. Designed around a
distributed IP (Internet Protocol) architecture,
it features a fully integrated IP-PBX with redundant servers and
no single point of failure supporting a full suite
of computer telephony features including built-in
ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) and ANI / ALI
(Automatic Number / Location
Identification).
The

geo-diverse 9-1-1 call processing capabilities to
emergency call center operations with up to 100
call-taking positions and 150 trunks.
As a true IP solution, the Sentinel Patriot
solution allows critical infrastructure to reside
in multiple locations, giving call takers full
mobility to remotely provide assistance, access
data sources, and connect with supporting
agencies. The Sentinel Patriot solution delivers
true geo-diversity of components and personnel,
ensuring fault-tolerant operations, which may be
further augmented with fully featured remote
