In June 2012, Lisa Henderson, an 11-year company veteran with extensive experience in the organization’s CTI, database and mapping technologies, returned to Cassidian Communications as the Product Area Business Manager for the notification solutions and services portfolio. Among her many responsibilities, Lisa will provide oversight on The Communicator! NXT, GeoCast Web, REVERSE 911 and ORION Vela platforms, helping shape and develop all future software releases.

“Lisa [who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands, California] brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this important role, along with a strong desire to meet customer expectations,” stated Mary Wathen, Chief Operating Officer for the company’s Critical Communication Solutions and Services line of business. “Clients can expect 100% dedication and involvement from her and the entire product line management team in our Franklin, Tennessee location.”

When asked about the new position, Lisa confidently said, “It’s a real pleasure to return to Cassidian Communications and I am certainly up for the challenge. My charter is to build upon the long term plans for our notification and geospatial solutions, carrying them and ultimately, our customers, into the next generation of public alerting and response team mobilization.”
